Occidental CEO's Pay More Than Doubled in 2010

HOUSTON—Occidental Petroleum Corp.'s outgoing chief executive pulled in $76.1 million in compensation last year, more than double his haul the previous year, according to a filing Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. But new policies at the company will make it harder for top executives there to earn as much in the future.
